For optimum therapeutic benefits, we recommend not sharing your weighted blanket. The goal is for the blanket to conform, compress, and maintain contact with you (the 3 C’s of Deep Pressure Therapy). Stretching it across another person may reduce its effectiveness.
How do I use a weighted blanket on my bed?
Use the blanket directly on your skin, or place a sheet underneath it, then add an extra blanket on top for warmth if needed. Do not use it like a comforter draped over the sides of the mattress, gravity will pull it off. Choose a size that fits within the mattress dimensions.
How do I wash my CapeAble weighted blanket?
CapeAble weighted blankets are machine washable and tumble dry safe, no complicated duvet covers needed. Always follow the care label instructions for best results.
